Project

The project is a constant development.

The design process is a fundamental tool of our work. For this project we developed a clear and strict schedule, always in agreement with the client. For the apartment, we designed a fully detailed proposal which incuded multiple documents such as plans, elevations, sections, 3D virtual models rendered images and physical models.

In every project and since the begging, we offer to a client a proposal with a high degree of definition. In this spacific case, during the development of the project we were allowed to rethink & adapt solutions, that initially looked good but throught the process proved to be even better.

The process, further than the design, included : materials investigation and testing, 1:1 scale models and prototype production for the systems specially developed for this residence.

  • IIDA 2012 Global Excellence Awards

    The Communicating Vessels apartment renovation has being awarded with an “Honorable Mention “at the 2012 Global Excellence Awards for IIDA, International Interior Design Association, Chicago.

    This annual worldwide design competition was established to honor and celebrate outstanding originality and excellence in the creation of international Interior Design/Architecture projects in ten categories. The recognition of this work falls under the category of Residential and has being recognized as one of the top three residential interiors for 2012.

    The jury highlighted the `powerful, creative and innovative atmosphere of the project.
